Refund policy

At Idiom Idiot®, every product is made to order. Because of this print-on-demand model, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for buyer’s remorse, wrong size, or change of mind.

However — your satisfaction matters.

We will gladly replace or refund an item if:

  • The product arrives damaged

  • The print is incorrect

  • You received the wrong item

  • The product arrives defective in any way

To request a replacement or refund:
Email hq.idiomidiot@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
Include:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the item

  • A brief description of the issue

If the issue qualifies, we will replace the item at no cost or issue a refund to your original payment method.

Lost packages:
If your package does not arrive within 30 days, contact us. We will investigate and resolve the issue.

Non-returnable items:

  • Print-on-demand items

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards
